☀️ITS GOING TO BE HOT! ☀️ - Due to the extreme heat we may need to water the track from time to time - please remember, before complaining, Dust and poor visibility is something that can prevent the races happening, just because its not dusty at the point of watering, doesnt mean the watering isnt needed, to stay on top of dust, sometimes we have to water, thats part of the sport. So Trust the Officials, and Track prep crews decision, and enjoy the racing.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Anyone Arriving to signing on late without prior agreement/letting us know, will be unable to ride. Unfortunately it causes too many delays which impacts everyone else's racing.
Signing on and Technical will be closing at the specified time, its the riders responsibility to make sure you are there on time - If you arrive late, you may be turned away - Entry's will not be refunded - We work to a schedule to make sure every gets their races in, Delaying the start means Medics/Marshals and helpers are all stood out in the heat longer than needed - its not fair on them - Please make sure you complete Signing on & Technical Before the closing time
