FINAL INSTRUCTIONS - ROUND 6 LITTLE SILVER, EX2 9SL

SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER 2020

The Shaw family and Nora-MX 2020 welcome you to round 6 of your Nora-MX 2020 race season.

Please ensure you use the post code EX2 9SL as the other one takes you through a very small-laned village not suitable for larger vehicles and it upsets the villagers.

As in previous rounds, we must all be mindful that the Covid 19 virus has not gone away so it’s increasingly important to be cautious. As a family, we do appreciate your understanding of the changes necessary to put in place in order that we can continue our race season in line with ACU and government advice. Everyone’s health and safety is a priority!

It is very important that you wear a face mask when moving outside your awning and it is ESSENTIAL when watching racing from any viewing area. We all want to keep racing and so need to do our bit to enforce all social distancing measures.

  • On-line entries only via the ACU – online entries have now closed.

  • Telephone entries via the Nora-MX hotline - 07887 737888 – will be accepted only at the discretion of the Nora-MX Club Secretary.

  • Day licences will need to be pre-purchased with entry.

  • Gates open 2pm Saturday and 7am Sunday.

  • Signing on by the Secretary of the meeting at gate; 2pm – 6.00pm Saturday and 6.45am Sunday.

  • Vehicle parking; all vehicles to be parked in accordance with the social distancing parking instructions of Nora MX club officials. All vehicles to be parked with awning/doorside to your neighbours’ blank side.

  • Additional cars will be parked in a separate zone and may require a short walk to pit/race area.

  • No public spectators.

  • Hand sanitizer stations positioned around pit areas.

  • Please respect all social distancing and guidance signage as per ACU regulations (this is your club and as members and accompanying family we ask you all to help us make this a successful event).

  • Please take your rubbish home. (Bags will be given to you at the entry gate).

  • Scrutineering under the Yamaha tent in the pits 2 – 8.30pm Saturday and Sunday morning. It will follow ACU Covid19 special arrangements:- Machines/helmets/body armour etc. will be inspected visually by the Technical Official. Under the supervision of the Technical Official, the competitor will be instructed to demonstrate the working condition of brakes, throttle and footrests etc. A visual inspection of the helmet for signs of damage and the presence of a gold stamp will be carried out, without handling the item.

  • Transponder hire and collection at back of timing truck including any signing on and outstanding payments 2- 6.30pm Saturday and 7-8.30am Sunday.

  • No tannoy on site.
